CES and Mobility

Car rides can be quite tedious, especially on long trips to visit parents in the countryside. I, for one, often experience headaches, dizziness, and feelings of nausea during these journeys, even when I take flights. If there could be a liberation from these shackles of boredom which makes people look all tired and drift off in thoughts, and can also keep kids entertained and busy with its tech then I'm cut up for it.

The start of this year took off with the CES event that serves as a showcase for innovative technologies and global leaders in the field. The event attracts major brands and provides opportunities for networking and partnership building.

During this weeklong Las Vegas event, transportation and mobility were very much hot topics and, in fact, led many of the exciting discussions within this year’s conference.

This gave rise to the exhibition of holoride technology, which was previously a vague idea, as it rose to prominence following the launch of its product, "MOTORVERSE," in early November at X-Day Paris, where it won an award for the most innovative technology category.

Also, Nils shared more of holoride's vision of the Motorverse and discussed it with great speakers from GamesBeat, Tilt5, and UplandMe.

Moreso, lots of media platforms and blogs have written a lot about their view of the rideVR tech, the likes of tomsguide, TechCrunch, latimes, Engadget, Coindesk, and much more.

Here at CES, Nils Wollny, the CEO, announced the launch of the retrofit device, which is a compact device that brings all of the rideVR experiences to any and every car; it is currently available in the US and German markets, but expect to see it in Romania soon, as my country's minister of technology, Sebastian, had a full course ride of this technology and was so amazed by it, I know right?

Besides, this tech has hit the Iberian Peninsula and some other countries, but I expect it to be widespread, expecting Asian and Arabic countries possibly with lots of ride-sharing services in it. I think this project will hit greater heights in the future, as it's obvious that it's a blend of high tech, the metaverse, cars, web3gaming, and blockchain technology.
