I swapped 1.057 BTC to USDT on Changelly and after one hour was it on review. I needed to pass KYC. I send them everything that they want in no time, but the only messages that I receive is from an automatic robot. I send the Compliance team everyday an e-mail and did it also via chat but the only response that I get is from a ROBOT!! I’m really sick of it and I will report everything from them on the internet because they don’t take me serious.
I followed my BTC on Blockchain and Mempool. I’m totally in SHOCK!! I saw that MY OWN BTC was going to other wallets. I asked them why they send it to different wallets, because I don’t know the wallets that they send it to. It’s ridicilous they don’t answer my question about it!!!!
