Changing Binance Account verification

ive been investing in crypto for nearly 2 years now, im 18 in the next 2 months, i have always invested on binance and i have been using an account under my moms name and ID, however this has become a problem now, before i could buy crpyto with ease with my moms card, now there has been new rules in the UK that have made it not possible to buy crypto on her bank company, I just recently got a starling bank which was made to buy cyrpto with, but its under my name. Now i cannot add the new bank account because the Binance account is in my moms name, it doesnt let me change it and its become a real pain in the ... I was wondering if its possible for me to make the binance under my name and ID.
