Changing phone. Would you dare trade in your old (erased) phone that contained all your crypto accounts etc.

This post has 2 questions in relation to crypto accounts and changing phones.

(1) I can transfer ALL the data including apps such as authenticator app and all the exchange apps including passwords. What else do I need to do before erasing the old phone? I’m paranoid I’ll forget something and get locked out of an account.

(2) Both phones will be IPhone. Although I believe they are fairly tight with security, would you trust trading in your old phone that contained all your crypto details for exchanges? (not seed phrase for trezor with 80% of holdings). I know the phone be reset by me beforehand but I’m paranoid some of those shops would recover data ????????‍♂️. Take the hit on the $300 and just keep it as a spare or trade it in?

Edit: I have decided I’m going to keep the phone. Going to reset it and it’s still in very good condition so going to use it for the sole purpose of crypto. No contacts, no photos, no non crypto apps… the next level of paranoia.
