State of this sub in a nutshell:
- OMG, Ethereum transaction is $110!
- I paid $20! (submits a screenshot from a week ago)
- Lies, it only cost me $3!
- $3?? In what universe! It's $10 at least!
- $10?! I heard a guy paid $110!
...
For hours and days, users of the biggest crypto sub in the world argue on who paid what recently while Ethereum gas prices fluctuate by the minute!
On top of that, the fees differ based on the type of transaction: send, swap, nft, smart contract.
It doesn't get any more ridiculous than this.
And most of the users with strong opinions haven't even paid any fees because they haven't interacted with Ethereum in the first place!
