cheapest way to buy BTC with EUR

Hello there Dear Bitcoiners,

i plan to buy btc soon, and i wonder what is the ultimative cheapest way to buy btc from eur to btc?

I mean top up from eur bank transfer or anywow, plus lowest fee and comissionspread while buying, i want to max out every euro to satoshi, what the best way?

I used to buy on Binance but since its banned i need now new way, any ideas?

I think kraken looks pretty expensive by fees, there must be better

I will try each exchange with about 200€ to buy in btc and see how it turns out, and then compare fees/spreads overall and all other costs like withdrawal, will make a new post then.
