Cheapest way to trade altcoins with Euro ?

Hi guys! I’m wondering what’s the cheapest way to trade with Euro (or any non-US dollars Fiat currency) ? I see two scenarios :

1) First exchanging Euro for BNB or stablecoins and then buy altcoins (more fees cause more transactions but it seems that the rates are better this way).

2) using directly the Euro/altcoin pairs when available (less fees but when I compare to the same USD/Altcoin the rates seems lower).
