We are far past the point of having other countries sue the US over it's crypto regulations, if your country's economic trade through defi is affected by the IRS proposition and Patriot act, you should sue, you should join class action lawsuit with US Chamber of Commerce.

Treasury and the IRS expect reporting requirements would impact 600 to 9,500 "brokers," meaning they think brokers will issue, on average, ~840,000 Form 1099-DAs each. As proposed, this would likely include devs, FE hosters, DAOs, large tokenholders, and many other stakeholders (yeah, 9,500 is a joke).

[bare in mind Patriot act proposal from FinCen is largely reenforcing for the above rules, to ensure the chain history contains no mixing or basic privacy, in fact it basically requires a form for every wallet to wallet transaction]

this is just pure law fare from the anti-crypto crypto derangement syndrome crowd, intended as broad daylight unconstitutional imposition, and should be seen and treated as such. Coinbase is being far too tepid about this. I hope people realize how much legal costs cost now.

I am not just saying class action lawsuit for the grandiosity of it, it is existential, you must class action lawsuit them in DC Federal Circuit and SCOTUS.

I highly recommend adding the US Chambers of Commerce to the list of people on your side in the suit.
I highly recommend getting the Domestic agency in your country that is your equivelant of a Chamber of Commerce, or NGO which is the equivalent, and getting your domestic Tax agency, to join the suit. You have rights, your corporations in your country have rights under international trade and treaty law, you absolutely can sue the united states in DC Federal Circuit and SCOTUS.
