Class Action against Australian Banks - Contract Change without notice.

I'm extremely frustrated right now and could use some advice. I've been working hard as an emergency department worker, and I recently tried to make a large transfer (over $100k) to take advantage of some investment opportunities. However, when I went to my bank in person to make the transfer, I was told it was blocked.

Key issues: - I wasn't notified of any changes to my account limits - I've been able to do $10k transactions monthly, but larger amounts are now restricted - The bank claims they notified me, but if it was just via email without a call or registered mail, I may have missed it.

Funny thing is their emails go into my spam and they don’t have the skills or time to personalise the emails hence it hits the spam filter!!!

It’s literally junk 100% of the time!!!

I feel this limit is unfairly restricting my ability to manage my own finances. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with unexpected transfer limits? What were your options for resolving it?

If others are dealing with this, we may want to consider group action to address it with the banks. Please share your experiences below.

Looking for constructive advice on how to handle this situation. Thanks in advance.
