Closing unverified account with residual funding

Hello there! I've spent the previous few hours on the lookout for relevant info on the Binance portal however I could not type it out, I'd be grateful to anyone might help me better understand. I'm based mostly in The Netherlands and I've a Binance account that I don't use since ages. This account is unverified and I've around 50 EUR left on it. Now, I don't need to full verification, I just need to close my account permanently but earlier than I can achieve this I've to clear it from residual funding. As a way to withdraw fiat I'm asked to complete verification which I don't need to. Is there a method I can withdraw the quantity from the account without verification? It seems crazy that to completely close the account I first need to verify it. Thanks
