Coinbase account hack questions

Found out my phone number was stolen and ported to a different carrier only a couple hours ago. This was used to change my Coinbase password. I still do not have access to my phone number. My cell service provider has been almost useless in helping right now.

I have 2 questions:

1. Who has dealt with this and what was your outcome? Do i need to permanently get a new phone number?

2. What are the withdrawal time limits for staked coins on coinbase? I know there is normally a delay. This will be my saving grace if the delay is long enough.
