Coinbase Authentication Issues

Hi all - I buy BTC on a monthly basis and transfer this to cold storage as soon as I buy. Have been doing this for a good while and had no issues. Trying to do the same again now today and Coinbase's authentication process is not working. They send notifications to the app which I click yes to, and they send 6 digit codes via SMS that I input (have done both methods multiple times) and they're just not recognizing I've accepted that I've authorized these...

Anyone else had an issue like this?

Additional Info: When I sign out of my account and log back in, the authentication works when using the app... So it's specifically related to transferring off Coinbase...
