Coinbase is getting ready to go up against the SEC & they have assembled the Crypto Dream Team to prove that POS crypto is not a security

Coinbase was served with a Wells notice earlier this week regarding their staking services.

Brian Armstrong (Coinbase CEO):

We are not going to take this!

We will fight the SEC until the end, we are the resistance!

Coinbase Legal quickly began to assemble the best lawyers that they could find and form The Crypto Dream Team of attorneys.

With these Six attorneys the SEC doesn't stand a chance.

POS is not a security, never has been a security and never will be security and we intend to prove that to the SEC. Nobody can make Coinbase shut down a perfectly legal staking program that in beneficial to all.

Coinbase is 100% innocent and the SEC is perpetrating an outrages miscarriage of justice. We are counter-suing the SEC and the entire United states Government for malicious persecution and abusive process. We will take this all the way to the Supreme court, by the time we are through Coinbase will be completely cleared and we will receive a cash settlement from Gary himself.
