Just over 5 months ago I sent Flare from my Bifrost wallet to my Coinbase account. The Flare was never received. I sent Coinbase proof from flarescan that I had sent it to the right address and they logged the problem and gave me a reference number.

More or less every month, I have asked for an update and been told that the technical team is working on it and to be patient.

Today I asked for a further update. Initially, I was given the usual story, be patient, the technical team is working on it. Then after a couple of exchanges where I said five months was more than long enough to fix the issue, I was told that it had been fixed and to check my account! Needless to say the Flare was not in my account.

I was then given a new reference number since they accepted that the problem hadn’t been fixed.

But it is clear to me that nothing had been done in 5 months and I don’t expect anything to be done going forward.

I’m hoping someone who has been in this situation with Coinbase before can give me some advice on how to escalate this. Who do you turn to? What can you do? Most on here will know what a nightmare Coinbase “Support” can be. Any help much appreciated.
