Had a bunch of ethereum and now it’s gone. Coinbase support has been zero help - since it’s a “self custody” thing. The thing is - there’s no proof that there was ever any assets in my wallet which is odd.. because I can see the transaction from Coinbase to my Coinbase wallet. It was in there a year or two ago and it has quite literally vanished out of thin air.. or cyberspace? I have no idea how to go about looking for my funds. I opened a 2nd support ticket almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a response.
You think it’s possible that some one on the inside has been doing this? Apparently it happens to a lot of people.
On a 2nd note - I remember trying to setup MetaMask and I have no idea what it does but I was fiddling around with it a while back - do you think that could have caused my money to disappear?
