COINME SCAM? BTC

I sent $900 in btc to my wallet(cashapp wallet) using coinme. It says “completed” but it’s been over 24 hours and nothing yet in my other wallet. Ugh this was money I was trying to move for moving expenses in a couple days and I’m freaking out.

Customer service is terrible no response nothing. It says completed but haven’t gotten any confirmation nothing I put in the address I sent the funds too and it has nothing pending.

What could be the cause I’m so confused and stressed I can’t think about anything else need the money I had sent asap!
