Without any warning or email or notification on the homepage, the fee for you to send bitcoin has gone from 0.0006 to 0.005. I know it is my responsibility to look at the fee before I send but because I’ve made so many transactions I didn’t look at the fee and I probably wouldn’t have noticed it moved up by 11 times anyway. The claim is for faster transactions. I received the most mediocre response from customer support there wasn’t even an apology for my bad experience. For the amount of transactions I do, and how regularly I do them and their size this prices me out of using coin spot as a service. So unhappy, they couldn’t just put a notification in and now if I want to correct the almost $30 deficit in the payment I just made I have to send $60 because the fee is flat fee, not a percentage. Could somebody explain to me a decent reason for this because the customer support would only say “the fee is shown on the transaction page and the confirmation email“ and replied like a robot for the rest of the time so disappointed I loved the simplicity of this service, but I can’t afford to pay $30 per transaction, which was 11% of my transaction, and I make a similar transaction once or twice a week so instead of 1%, going to fees it’s now going to average about 10 to 15 percent for me.
