Cold Wallet Transfer Advice Taken

Today I took the advice of many on this sub. A week ago I bought a cold wallet and set it up today. I followed the directions for the secure set up and finished in half an hour. Then I started the transfer off exchanges for anything worth the fees to remove. I have to say, waiting for it to show up will put you on pins and needles, but now I feel great. I had been worried about my assets being frozen or seized as exchanges tank in this market and the possibility of a deeper bear market lingers, given the macro environment. I can feel a weight lifted knowing I’m in total control of those assets now. Thanks for the advice! For anyone who hasn’t done this yet, I hope sharing my experience will help others to take the same plunge. It really was pretty easy.
