If someone wants to send eth not from an exchange, but directly from the Ethereum blockchain, how can they do that? From my limited tech knowledge, my understanding is that when you go to a website and type a web address in your browser, you are communicating with the server of the website that you are trying to view. Since a blockchain is a shared ledger across thousands of computers, how do you make that communication if you want to say send crypto to an address? Do you also use a browser and type something similar to "www"? Similarly, how can I access the data on a blockchain to see what the wallet balances are?
Thanks!
