Community Feedback on Potential Phishing Scheme

First time post. So awhile ago I invested in binance and kind forgot about it. Que today and I get a phone call telling that my account is frozen and that the account is inactive and mycapital has ended up in a crypto wallet. They are asking what I would like to do with the capital and are offering two options.

1- You can withdraw the funds from the wallet.
2- You can let the wallet expire and the capital will no longer be usable or available.

However, with the first option, the fees of 3% of the capital are due to offset.

The normal process of replacing a wallet is as follows: You subtract the% (processing fees) from the amount (the wallet) and the rest is transferred to the customer.

In your case, the amount (the wallet) is temporarily blocked (frozen) due to not being used for a long time and you have no access to carry out a normal process.

In order to get access to the wallet (activation), you have to settle the 3% (processing fees) and after confirmation, a transfer (full amount) to your account (or the account you want) will be carried out.

They would like me to send the processing fee in order to access my account. I've tried getting into my account and its not working nor am I able to contact customer service independently...

They have also added a couple of attachments of the wallet amount, the company house document, and a confirmation of employment of the person who wrote to me a Wendy Smith...

Is this all legitimate or an elaborate phishing scheme?
