Compensation not delivered / tricked with Expiring Voucher without notification

I had reached a settlement with Binance of Leveraged Token issues, I agreed to the deal and was waiting for a month now to receive my compensation of 3000 USDafter contacting the support, they tell me that they issued a voucher, but it expired so Good Bye.how can I know there is a voucher if there is no notification, no email nothing? I have no crystal ball and I dont have visions.
I did prove there is no notification with screenshots, and I asked them to show me and proof that I was informed about the voucher, but no answer.

since support is just repeating like a mantra "its expired" and does not listen, I need you to escalate this and fix it, as I otherwise will be left with no other option than to join the Class Action Lawsuit against Binance, I can not be tricked and frauded like this, its a shame.
