Configuring ENS Domain

Good Afternoon,

I just purchased an ENS domain and am looking to add my ETH and BTC addresses in the configuration section. I just have 2 questions.

1. My ENS domain currently has my MetaMask ETH address in the configuration as it was the wallet that was used to buy the domain. I can change this to my ledger ETH address correct?

2. Reading online, Ledger gives you a new BTC wallet address for each transaction, so how can I figure out which address to enter into the ENS configuration so BTC transaction go directly to my Ledger?
