Constant failed deposits?

I made a 1200$ deposit less than every week in the past but now Four-5 attempts to deposit one other 500$ all hold failing. This happened a number of weeks in the past when BTC first plunged to underneath 20okay and was around 19okay I wasn’t capable of take advantage. I need to use Binance.US because of the decrease charges however perhaps 1/3 of my deposits work the primary time and it’s frustrating to overlook out I never had these kind of points on crypto.com I do use a smaller credit union for banking but they’re on zelle and it’s worked and let me register and send funds typically. I’ve removed and added financial institution back unsure what else can I do or is that this simply something Binance.US is understood for? Thanks for any input.
