Conversation w nocoiner

Just had a conversation with someone at my gym about bitcoin. I overheard 2 guys talking about the federal reserve and money printing(they know me) and I chimed in to mention bitcoin, one of the guys told me “why don’t you just put all your money into an online Casino.” I tried to briefly explain the basic value proposition of bitcoin and he seemed to kinda understand.

I think people are starting to catch on to inflation, federal reserve, and how much we’ve been getting fucked in ass over the last decades, it’s become hard to hide the fiat problem as we are reaching a breaking point. Makes me curious why people are so quick to dismiss bitcoin tho as a “online casino”, not sure why it’s so hard to find anyone with any sorta curiosity towards the most important thing to your day to day life with the world, money. most people probably read a couple headlines and that’s it, eventually they will come.

I’m hoping our conversation will inspire some investigation.
