With love, respectfully, from a fellow soldier:

1. Don’t buy Bitcoin if you don’t plan to hold it for 5 years.

2. Don’t check the price every 5 minutes. Once per week is fine. Once every day is a lot.

3. Don’t have an emotional reaction to every Reddit post or piece of news immediately after it’s published.

Everything will be okay as long as you don’t invest money you can’t afford to lose and you have a long term time horizon. If you did gamble away money you need, I’m very sorry. Consider this pain a learning opportunity.

The world is crazy right now. Volatility is the new normal. Be smart, and fucking chill out.
