Create BEP20 and ERC20 token

Hello,

I m a software developer but new to blockchain and just started to grasp the essentials. I would like to create a token for my company. My questions are: 1. By creating a BEP20 token, can holders transfer via ERC20 ETH (i heard BEP20 inherits from ERC20) ? 2. Should I deploy the token to ETH blockchain too ? 3. Can my token be listed on both uniswap and pankaswap? 4. If my token is compatible for both BSC and ETH how supply and numbers are synchronized between the both blockchains ? Or I should deploy 50% of supply on BSC and 50% of supply on ETH ?

My ultimate goal is to get listed on Binance one day.
