Cross wallet recovery

Hey everyone,

I use BitPay noncustodial wallet with a 12-word seed phrase. I have been practicing disaster recovery scenarios, and I am able to recover my wallet on a different computer running Bitpay with no problem. However, I cannot regain the balance on either Wasabi or Blockstream Green. On both Wasabi and BlockStream I am able to recover the wallet with the seed phrase But the balance is zero. I understand that Bitpay uses BIP 39 Standard and both Wasabi and Blockstream Green are apparently BIP 39 . I would appreciate any direction on why is this happening and how I can successfully recover my balance on a different wallet.
