Crypto- Exchange for a beginner- Need advice

Good day to everyone,

I'm just curious which exchanges are in general recommended in terms of cashing out, and having decent support. I informed myself about coinbase and also binance, yet, the user experience seem to be overall very negative when it comes to sudden account freezings and support work. So I was curious what is the actual overall "most positive" of all common exchanges to start your crypto life with.

I understand everyone can basically just tell from his personal experience, but that is enough as a point to start with.
