Hey everybody,
I am buying and selling crypto futures (perpetual buying and selling) on Binance... One thing got here to my thoughts and I was considering... I do know it is perhaps a foolish question but should you all might assist me that might be great.
My question is: Where is the cash (USDT) from trading futures coming from. Let's say I open my LONG position on BTC/USDT pair, use 10X leverage and i put 100$ onto it.
So my place is value 1000$. if the bitcoin worth strikes for let's say 1% and I'm 10% in revenue so (10$) would identical to to know where that 10$ got here from? Is it from different traders that simply went brief and at the moment are dropping money? Because that is like in the spot market however within the futures markets you don't move the worth like within the spot market where when you sell, you've gotten just a little impact on the worth clearly if in case you have a large amount but how is it in perpetual markets? Might someone explain, when you can how is that this working? Is the USDT printing simply from skinny air?
