Just to let everyone know, in case you don't know, The infrastructure bill is being delayed because our all knowing, all wise, and enlightened masters thought it would be a great idea to add more tax and regulation to cryptocurrency.

These idiots couldn't just make a separate bill to regulate crypto more because they believe people are stupid enough to let it slide.

They had to make it apart of infrastructure and it has zero to do with infrastructure.

Crypto Regulation in the US.

• It's already regulated,

• You can't buy most cryptos on US exchanges,

• Big brand exchanges like Coinbase, and robin hood already have systems in place to tell the IRS what's going on with your holdings. and systems to help hedgies pocket more money..ahh hem..Robinhood

Only cryptos approved by SEC and other regulatory agencies are to be listed on US exchanges.

Taxes

You already...

• get taxed out the ass for it in the US

• get taxed in every trade, even if you make a 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000% gain, then lose it all in 1 day on the next trade, you still have to pay the tax on that prior gain.

This does nothing for anyone as far as Infrastructure.

crypto holders, devs, miners, staking

Many regular people own crypto.

Many aren't close to being rich.

Trying to tax this beyond what it already is is stupid.

Attempting to sneak language in to label an open sourced developer a broker even though nothing about the programs purpose was to facilitate cryptocurrency trading (dapp) is stupid.

Just like those banks who tell everyone "Say no to Crypto", there are entities out there who want to see crypto suffer for ANY reason, and they somehow lobbied their beliefs into this bill.

At the very least people who hate crypto should be aggravated an infrastructure bill has crypto involved and should agree that it at least belongs in a separate bill.

All those agreeing with adding this to an important bill are selfish, and ignorant physically , mentally , and on a metaphysical level, and they are breeding like mice across all corners of this earth.
