Crypto noob, should I move my ETH from Metamask to Phantom?

I made a small investment in Ethereum in 2021, unfortunately buying when it was high and it hasn't really hit the same peak since. I'm still holding on in hopes that one day I can actually make a profit on it, but since 2021 I've been really out of the loop when it comes to crypto. I've heard people like Solana more than Ethereum, and lots of people have been using Phantom. Is it preferred to Metamask now? Are they even really comparable? Should I move my Ethereum from Metamask to Phantom, and do I need to use a bridge for this? I'm looking to get back into trading and crypto and I've heard many people say Solana is better than Ethereum. Should I just keep it in Metamask? Sorry for being a total noob, lol. Bought the ETH when I was a kid and my knowledge of crypto hasn't expanded much since then. Is Ethereum expected to go back up? I read somewhere it could hit $20k by 2030 but that's kind of hard to believe!
