So the first game at Crypto.com arena has just been played, with the Lakers going down to the Nets 122-115.
Staples Center was one of the most iconic and well recognized arenas anywhere in the world.
I know it will take time for everyone to get used to the change, and be a transition period, but I noticed there was a reluctance to say the name Crypto.com Arena at all.
Quite a few times it was referred to as 'The Crypt', could this become the nickname for it?
Do you think people will embrace the name change, and crypto also?
It was totally strange however seeing Coinbase ads at the Crypto.com arena!
