CS Need a big improvement

I had terrible experience with CS everytime i need it First time they kept me waiting for 130+ hours just to verify my account when the ETA was about 6h, i had some other issues and they also took way too long. Now i needed again and the ETA was 24 to 48h, its been 5 days and i get the inicial messages asking whats the problem even tho ive wrote extensively and detailed in the beginning of the chat, after that they wont reply anymore

Anyone having the same bad experience?
