What are some fantastic resources for learning in depth blockchain? This could be a YouTube channel, blog, podcast or book.

I’m more interested in real in depth conversations that expand beyond the scope of sensationalism and lean more into expert abstraction, analysis, technical design and architecture. Some that are dialed in on good economics would be great too but also looking for crypto breakdowns that are business functional and not just economically driven.
