At this point I will be posting on reddit and twitter daily until Binance upholds their responsibility and returns my money
I submitted a ticket on April 11th about coins being sent to a wallet address that isn't supported on binance US (even though they gave me a wallet address for the coin). After some time, Galen replied and asked me to have .005 BTC available for the transfer to be reversed and sent to another wallet address of my choosing.
I have taken the proper steps to authorize this reversal multiple times with multiple staff members and have been waiting for over 3 months for the transfer.
What may seem like a small amount of money in the coin I was trying to transfer is a lot for me and has already went down a decent margin since the April 11th.
It's disappointing. Binance is a company that is a top performer in the industry but yet has a complete lack of customer service.
