Day 119 Without Resolve

Buckle up this one's a doozy!

At this point I will be posting on reddit and twitter daily until Binance upholds their responsibility and returns my money

I submitted a ticket on April 11th about coins being sent to a wallet address that isn't supported on Binance US (even though they gave me a wallet address for the coin). After some time, Galen replied and asked me to have .005 BTC available in my Binance account for the transfer to be reversed and sent to another wallet address of my choosing.

I have taken the proper steps to authorize this reversal multiple times with multiple staff members and have been waiting for over 3 months for the transfer.

As of August 2nd the .005 BTC was withdraw from my account and I still have not received my coins! Not only that, I never received email or notice about the withdraw from my account and their plan.

What may seem like a small amount of money in the coin I was trying to transfer is a lot for me and has already went down a decent margin since the April 11th.

It's disappointing. Binance is a company that is a top performer in the industry but yet has a complete lack of customer service.

I have been patient and understand these things take time. I did not anticipate having to wait 119 days and counting to find myself in this situation.

I have been commenting on their social media with posts similar to this one and have been replied to multiple times with the same generic response, "our team is working on it." I am not the type of person to try and pester/harass employees but at this rate I need Binance to uphold their end of the deal.
