All funds on my account, crypto and fiat, have been frozen and are being prevented from being withdrawn.
CDC claims that one of my purchases of crypto is being disputed by my bank. The bank has no record of this dispute and has absolutely no idea what CDC is talking about. CDC is demanding a letter from the bank cancelling this dispute. Obviously, the bank can not provide this. As such, their response is "we won't be able to proceed forward".
The customer support has entirely consisted of different people waiting for more information from someone else.
There are a lot of sketchy companies in crypto. There are also a lot of incompetent companies. CDC is apparently both.
