Binance.us customer service and/or this forums moderation team please respond to this request regarding Case ID: #1261123. I have not received a non-automated response and it has been over 24 hours since I originally submitted the second ticket, posted a thread on this subreddit, posted a post within another thread, reached out via Facebook, and reached out via twitter. My funds are still artificially on hold. I'm simply asking my account functionality be restored. Please respond as soon as possible customer service. Thank you and have a good week.
