Days for deposit to go through , why??

What a joke, made a deposit to binance from my bank, the money left my bank account seconds after I hit complete transaction and it has been processing on binance for 24hrs . Then in the chat being told to just wait, it will come and when I ask if I can just get the money back or find out how long it will take they said they will transfer me to another department and could take another 24hrs to 36hrs for a reply on what is happening. Never depositing from my bank to binance again , still waiting to see if they are actually going to give me my one one way or the other
