Decided to hodl and I finally feel free

Got into crypto in early February and made mistake after mistake mostly revolving around trying to time the market, but the straw that broke the camels back was when I set a stop loss for a coin at 40 cents that i bought at 50 cents, it dipped to 0.394, executed the sale and then went back to 0.45 shortly after where I bought back in. So to summarise I sold at a 20% loss and rebought at 10% increase and I'm glad because after this last straw, I went through all of my exchanges and cancelled my stop losses. I am finally a hodler and its amazing. No stress of having to check the charts ever 30 minutes, instead now when I check im hoping that its down even further because I want to accumulate more coins in projects with solid FA. The stress of trying to time the market isn't worth it, the liberation of thinking long term is one I wish I had realised earlier. Just thought I'd share for anyone else in the same boat to let them know, buy what you believe in and hold, your health and happiness are more important than the marginal gains you can make timing the market, but a lot of the time when you try this the market always wins.
