Deleting account

I would like to completely delete my current account on Binance, to make a new one with an affiliate code for cheaper transactions. However, when I want to delete the account, there is no way to do so, except for just disabling it. This does not cut it for me, since I have not been able to make a new account with the same ID because Binance still recognises my disabled account and wants me to use that instead. Any way to fix this? Thanks
