i hear this update went live this month and gas fees were going to be reduced. but i still saw $20 gas fee today. i did a google search and saw the gas fee was reduced for layer 2. i saw another article that said coinbase layer 2 fee was $0.03. i sure never saw gas this low. do we common folk get some relief or is this something that only effects the exchanges?
