Deposit failed in mid May but right now Binance is saying it was successfull

So basically I tried to deposit some money and buy USDT. The deposit failed however the money was taken from my account. I was constantly contacting CS regarding this issue. They acknowledged that in fact the fund failed to reach my account and they would return it in around 3-7 days. I contacted them multiple times after each 7-10 day period. However, after I reached out to CS again last week with the same issue they informed me that in fact the transaction was initially successful and I had gotten the money in my binance account. I still cannot get my money back. I would extremely appreciate it if someone could help me with this problem or share their solutions. TIA!!!
