Deposit order failed. What?

This is first time. I have been using Binance for months, never a problem, always using bank transfer, always prompt deposit.

So the only option I get is the appeal option but when I click on it I get this:

Bank transfers through Faster Payment usually takes one business day, please kindly wait for your fund to arrive. Please submit this appeal form If your fund is not credited to your Binance account one business day after you make the bank transfer.

What is this? The status clearly states: FAILED

And that's it, there is nothing I can do.
