Developers: Avoid TonCoin and TonFoundation

I'm a TON Developer. I am here to warn any developers who want to get in to the TON Ecosystem.

The community moderation is rampant with lack of professionalism, children, and admin abuse. After investing time and effort into learning about the TON ecosystem, and the many complexities it has - I landed in the TON Developer EN and RU chats. After talking on the chat for an hour - mostly exchanging knowledge with other programmers, I was banned from the chat with absolutely no explanation, warning, message, or appeal recourse. I only found out about it because I couldn't find the TON developer group anymore. The documentation needs a lot of work, and you have to rely on the community for guidance. So getting cut off from the groups means that as a developer, you are entirely on your own. The admins offer vague reasons, and you have to appeal to them on a personal level to get reinstated. It is up to the discretion of random people that they gathered together whether you should be allowed in the group or not. There is no formal process, no community guidelines, no appeal process - nothing. AVOID the Ton ecosystem, it is very immature yet and needs a lot of work.

Ton NEEDS developers. It is a system that relies almost ENTIRELY on developers. But developers are treated like disposable garbage, and nobody seems to care. I think this is the end of my journey with TON, and I think a lot of people should read this before considering joinin the TON ecosystem.

If anyone from the TON Foundation is reading this, I will be happy to provide more details about what happened so that you can improve the product. I originally liked the idea of TON, but this experience put me off from using it entirely
