Developers who built sites and apps for agencies, what are some problems that you run into working with a (remote) dev agency?

Hi,

I am researching to launch a Web 3 development and growth marketing agency. ("Basically, we build and grow your Web 3 project".)

Right now, I have a few questions to ask developers before launching a live agency.

I want to ask developers what problems did you encountered when you built websites and apps for an agency.

What benefits did working at an agency grant you?

Do you currently work for multiple agencies with each one supplying you with incoming projects?

I hope that these questions are not too general as I am being as specific as I can be.
