Did anyone else find it suspicious that XRP and ETH were omitted from the recent SEC charges against Binance.US?

I strongly believe that the omission was a deliberate act, suggesting that there may be an ongoing connection between the Ripple lawsuit and other events occurring this month. One of these events is the scheduled release of the Hinman emails by the SEC on June 13th, as mandated by the judge. It's important to note that this date holds significance, as it marks exactly 4 years and 364 days since the well-known Hinman speech. This delay in disclosing the documents by the SEC appears intentional, as it was expected that the judge would eventually approve their unsealing.

While I'm not well-versed in the intricacies of the law, I suspect that there may be a time limit for filing lawsuits, possibly within 5 years of a specific event. This would mean that any potential plaintiffs would have only one day to file their lawsuits after the Hinman emails are disclosed. Logistically speaking, it would be nearly impossible to prepare and file such a claim on such short notice.

In my opinion, there are some dubious circumstances surrounding this situation. It's conceivable that the SEC and XRP have already reached a confidential settlement and are waiting for these events to transpire before making a public announcement.

I also hold the belief that Ethereum may encounter regulatory challenges in the future, considering the upcoming disclosure of emails and the 5-year milestone, protecting the Hinman speech of any lawsuits. These events might provide conflicting information regarding the regulatory position the SEC holds regarding ETH.

I find it difficult to fully comprehend the implications of these particular events taking place next week as I do not trust the SEC at all. It's uncertain whether they could potentially result in a significant unforeseen "black swan" event for ETH holders or it could be nothing at all and I am just overthinking the situation.
