Did anyone here apply for an Enterprise Account with binance?

I am currently filling in the application for an enterprise account but am a bit confused about why they require all of the following info:

Memorandum and Articles of Association, aka Operating Agreement, Constitution, By-laws (which defines company structure and management policy)Register of Directors issued within the last 12 monthsRegister of Shareholders/Members issued within the last 12 monthAn ownership structure of your company

If you've applied, where did you get these?

*UPDATE* I have jus recently set up a corporation and currently I am waiting for my minute book. I discussed this with my accountant and he mentioned that all of these will come with the minute book. Hope this helps anybody in a similar position.
