I am using ING as Bank, and since the SEPA ban binance offers free VISA deposits. Now i tried to send some euros to buy the dip, but on binance side it says "failed", with no money taken from the bank account. When clicking "appeal" in binance one of the reasons listed is "bank could have banned transations without making it public".
Edit: i played around with the numbers, it seems some involved party put a limit to 1000€. depositing 5k, 3k and 2k did not work, but 1k did.
