Did we get scammed?? Possible rug pull.

I have purchased BNB using my binance US account.

Everytime I try to withdrawl I get to the sms verification and it just reloads.

UNABLE TO WITHDRAW MY BNB COINS FROM MY ACCOUNT.

Is this is what they mean by a rug pull? Did Binance really just scam its customers?

I'm not the only one posting about being unable to withdraw either.

This has been going on for awhile and needs to stop if you expect people to TRUST your exchange.

Tldr; Cant withdrawl funds at all.

Continues to ask for SMS verification no matter how many times I input it.

Have also tried using google auth 10+ times.

Am never sent to the second screen where it asks for email code for withdrawal.
